  • Nope. Once I am working with a coaching client, they must stay on the coaching track. If a client is in need of therapy, I am happy to make a referral to an appropriate provider.

  • Therapy is meant to support people who need to work with a licensed mental health clinician to help them with challenges that fall under a diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, etc.. Some people want support in establishing and achieving goals or have the desire to talk to someone but don’t need the level of support that therapists provide. And that, my friends, is what coaching is for!

  • Insurance companies do not cover the cost for coaching. All payments are made via credit card on the night of the session.

  • That is up to you and what you have come to accomplish. It might be a few weeks, months, or more. We will work together to be sure your needs are met on a timeline that works for you.

  • Coaching sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as intensives. This will be discussed based on what your needs are and schedule allows.

  • Absolutely! Sessions can take place either in office or virtually.

  • Results are based on many factors and can not be guaranteed. However, I am motivated to help you and hope we can find a way to work together to get your needs met.

  • I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment (whether in-person or virtual). Otherwise, the full cost of the session will be charged.
